Tansy Hollow is home to a unique message delivery service. Operating in "real time" to deliver messages as well as small packages, the Bike Post works much like the local posts which operated in large cities over a century ago, but with some minor adaptations for modern times.
Our iconic Bike Post can be used by anyone, resident and visitor alike. A simple text message dispatches a Rider to your location to pick up your correspondence--and that correspondence is delivered quickly--usually within minutes of acceptance!
Our Bike Post was founded in 1940 and has operated continuously ever since. Beginning at 6 AM each morning and running until 12 AM each night, we offer quick, easy, and confidential delivery service.
Our Riders are qualified experts handling message and parcel delivery, and each maintains the highest level of integrity. Ranging from 10 to 25 years years of age, these guys are dependable and quick!
Having your correspondence delivered around town is as easy as sending a text message (you may also call us, if you prefer). You'll then wait until the Rider arrives, give him your correspondence, tell him about any special services you require (see below), pay the delivery fee, and off he goes! Your correspondence will be delivered right then--his next stop is your letter or package's destination. Are you involved in the modeling/advertising industry? Send photo portfolios, proofs, mockups, and other materials around town through our service. Riders can safely handle up to 20" x"24" flat packages.
A Rider receives a message and heads to the origin point of the mail. He will accept the item, charge for delivery, then deliver to the destination. Your message or small package will be in its recipient's hands within an hour in most cases!

Specific Persons surcharge: Rider verifies that a specified recipient receives item
Specific Conditions surcharge: Rider only delivers if certain conditions exist at destination, such as car present/absent, light on, etc.
Return Item surcharge applies only to letters under General Delivery; if not purchased, letter will be returned to Bike Post Main Office. Packages are automatically returned to sender if undeliverable.
Delivery fees are not refundable unless the Bike Post is at fault in delivery exception.
Riders carry less than $10 cash. Please have exact amount if possible. No large notes, please.
